The staff was really friendly and helpful, but the

Hotel itself needs significant updates. Although the location is convenient, the room showed signs of wear, including an issue with cleanliness. The breakfast options were decent, but nothing to rave about. The service did stand out .

The first night we were put in a room that faced the Interstate, after requesting a "quiet" room. Also, it was directly across from the elevator. We requested a room change the next day and we were accommodated.

First-class service, brand-new a double room with sofa and good to very good condition, as for instance. Excellent staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location near Kentucky and the restaurant and the Lake, Ontario. A lot of food options relatively close to the venue.

I had a very good experience . The King Suite was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection including scrambled eggs and sausage, very tasty. Particularly Aaron, Michele, and Heather, were professional and helpful. I appreciated the indoor pool and fitness center as well.

The room would benefit from updates and brighter lighting.

The room was well-appointed and large in general, in good to very good condition. It was very handy to have a fridge and a microwave oven.

Wow, what a letdown. The cleanliness was appalling, with mold in the bathroom and dog food under the bed. I also can't believe i had to pay extra to switch rooms instead of being accommodated like a guest of my standing deserves. An upgrade would have made all the difference but apparently, they don't believe in hospitality here.

Had a fun group vacation, visiting Yew Dell Botanical Gardens and enjoying time at the nearby Long Run Golf Course. The hotel was well-located and offered a comfortable space for us to unwind after our daily adventures. Highly recommend checking it out, but be prepared for some areas that might need a little more attention!

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were not the best . Arriving later in the morning meant we missed out on some items, and the juice machine was down , disappointing.

The location was great for visiting nearby attractions like Yew Dell Botanical Gardens, and the beds were really comfy after a long day of exploring.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with free parking, let us relax and recharge , while enjoying the breakfast options that included scrambled eggs and sausage.
